Of course our boy O'Reilly would never say anything that stupid. Well Tucker was just moved out of his prime nighttime slot at 11 p.m. to the netherworld at 4 p.m. He'll be gone real soon. MSNBC is the lowest rated of the cable news and talk shows. We actually thought John McEnroe and Dennis Miller over on CNBC were much better than TC.. Maybe they should consider giving us a try. Is it that The View has a fat woman quota and Star Jones lost her weight right out of the show? Or has a new lesbian quota been instituted in addition to the weight challenged requirement? Regardless, Star Jones says she feels like she was booted from the show when ABC did not renew her contract.Barbara Walters was duplicitous to the end and the whole affair did not help her image. The musical chairs in the television environment have been changing faster than the climate. Oh well. The View made Star Jones famous. And Rosie O'Donnell will not be there long.

Great movie. Lois Lane smokes, her son by Superman has asthma and she is shacking with Cyclops from the X-Men (Richard played by James Marden). Lois basically has two boyfriends in this film. The original Lois Lane from the television show is in the opening scene with Lex Luther. Jimmy Olsen from the original TV show is a bartender in the film.Lex Luthor has the ultimate 300 foot three story yacht with a helicopter and landing pad. Lex wants to pollute the ocean and destroy the land. The yacht is named Gertrude after Gertrude Vanderworth, Noel Neill's character who died and left Lex her estate. Kitty, Lex's girlfriend tricks Superman, which almost got him killed but then betrays Luthor, which probably saves the earth.
Some Passion of the Christ religious symbolism is applied to Superman in this movie. Savior and all that. Remember that Christopher Reeve went back in time to resurrect Lois Lane. If Superman is Jesus then Lex is definitely Satan.
The special effects are great. Superman is shot in the eye at point blank range and the bullet just flattens and falls to the ground. We think people have wondered about this so the filmmakers decided to show us. The flying is great and the overall attention to detail throughout the movie is awesome.

Hosted by Damon Wayans, the awards ceremony, Live Red Carpet and post show Black Carpet Lounge was a six hour affair. Harry Belafonte received a Humanitarian Award and Chaka Khan was given a Lifetime Achievement Awards.The top performance was Chaka Khan, Stevie Wonder and Prince doing Chaka songs. Chris Brown doing a back flip off the stage before singing his song was pretty cool too. Jay-Z and Beyonce's performance was hot too. Jamie Foxx and Fantasia french kissed big time during their number. The on-stage Good Times reunion was great too. It included JJ - Jimmie Walker, Wilona - Janet DuBois, Michael - Ralph Carter and Janet Jackson came out and stole the moment. She played Penny on the show.
The event was broadcast live from the Shrine Auditorium in L.A. Prince also won an award for best R&B artist and he performed a funky rock number called 3121, which is the title of his new album.
Black Entertainment Television is now owned by Viacom, having purchased it for $3 billion from founders Robert and Sheila Johnson.

Spike TV is bringing the Blade character from the movies to television. Kirk "Sticky Fingers" Jones, right, plays the part popularized by Wesley Snipes, left. If demonic vampire action is your thing, then the creators of this show brag that there will be plenty of realistic injuries and wounds to satisfy your sick blood lust. Of course, this new Blade does not have Wesley's cool haircut.
When NASA was preparing for the Apollo Project, it took the astronauts to a Navajo reservation in Arizona for training.One day, a Navajo elder and his son came across the space crew walking among the rocks. The elder, who spoke only Navajo, asked a question. His son translated for the NASA people: "What are these guys in the big suits doing?" One of the astronauts said that they were practicing for a trip to the moon. When his son relayed this comment the Navajo elder got all excited and asked if it would be possible to give to the astronauts a message to deliver to the moon.
Recognizing a promotional opportunity when he saw one, a NASA official accompanying the astronauts said,"Why certainly!" and told an underling to get a tape recorder.
The Navajo elder's comments into the microphone were brief. The NASA official asked the son if he would translate what his father had said. The son listened to the recording and laughed uproariously. But he refused to translate.
So the NASA people took the tape to a nearby Navajo village and played it for other members of the tribe. They too laughed long and loudly, but also refused to translate the elder's message to the moon.
An official government translator was summoned. After he finally stopped laughing, the translator relayed the message:
"WATCH OUT FOR THESE ASSHOLES. THEY HAVE COME TO STEAL YOUR LAND."

People For The Ethcial Treatment of Animals (PETA) seems to target celebrity blacks more than the papparazzi and gossip magazines. Lindsay Lohan gets virtually all of the paparazzi and grocery store mag attention and Beyonce gets very little, even though she is in a relationship with megastar hip hop impresario Jay-Z. But we digress and do not want to just whine about racism.Animals should not be tortured, but no evidence has been presented that Ms. Knowles has abused any animals. We encourage Ms. Knowles to wear all the fur she wants. Animals are renewable resources and we have Biblical approval to eat them and wear them. If you want some back up on this Ms. Knowles, just call us.

The King's home has been designated a National Historic Landmark by the U.S. Department of Interior (March 27). Graceland was Elvis' primary residence for 20 years and it was the King's home. Graceland is one of the five most visited home museums in the U.S.Elvis has been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Gospel Music Hall of Fame - the only artist honored by all three. Elvis mastered rock, pop, country, R&B, gospel, television, the concert stage and movies.
President Bush is even taking the Prime Minister of Japan, who is a big Elvis fan, on a tour of Graceland this month.

Although HBO's 'Entourage' did not go into the technical and political aspects of electricity needs in California because 'Aquaman' was opening, it clearly showed the relationship between the temperature and the need for additional electrical generating capacity because parts of L.A. blacked out when the temperature hit 105 F. In fact, while the boys were watching the movie the theater lost power. Of course, this did not stop 'Aquaman' from opening bigger than 'Spiderman.' Put simply, California needs to build more nuclear power plants fast. We would be happy to arrange a tour of a plant for the boys (Debi Mazar too).
